The Argington Sahara crib is the central focus of Argingtons nursery line. It is a sleek, modern crib at a great price. Standing alone, its design echoes the platform theme as seen with the Petra toddler bed and the Ayres twin bed. Its convertibility to the toddler bed gives parents extended use and a great value. It is the perfect match with the Delphi changing table, as the platform of the crib meshes with a recess in the changing dresser making a very compact and ergonomic configuration. Extend the use of your crib mattress and purchase the Sahara crib conversion kit. Crib converts to a toddler bed. Conforms to and exceeds all regulations set forth by ASTM and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Made entirely of solid wood or solid wood products – environmentally friendly and sustainable materials have been used for this product. All materials, glues, stains and finishes are 100% nontoxic and produce virtually no residual off gasing. Okay which crib would be better, should I purchase a 3 in 1 convertible crib or a drop side crib? The convertible crib generally boasts static sides without any moving parts. Initially the 3 in 1 convertible crib initially costs more than a drop side crib, but because the 3 in 1 convertible bed can be used as daybed, twin or full size bed. During the life of your infant you will be saving money as you will not have to buy a new bed as your child gets older. If you purchase a drop side crib you will have to buy another bed when the child is two or three, making the drop side crib a more expensive purchase.
