What I didn’t realize was that this crib was not adjustable. I bought this crib for my house so that when my grandson visits, he’ll have his own bed.
I like the old fashioned look, but I think it’s very basic. This should not be used at the primary residence if the more affordable version can be obtained.
It’s not bottom of the barrel, but not the best buy.

I was wary about this crib at first view, but after reading how much everyone else liked it, I decided to give it a try because I loved the look of it and the price. I wish I had gone with my initial instinct. This crib is cheaply made and won’t last long with our everyday use (we’ve been using it for several months now). The drop-side is a pain and doesn’t go up or down smoothly – I have to wiggle & bend it to get it to stay in any position because the rail-stop mechanism is cheap plastic. The casters aren’t smooth-rolling either. I’ve assembled more pieces of RTA furniture than I can count so I’m used to deciphering poorly written instructions and I know I assembled this accurately.
If you aren’t planning to actually use the drop-side or casters, I guess it would be fine. It looks pretty and doesn’t cost much, but those the only positive things I can say.
I’m going to buy a different one.

This crib is fantastic. Simple to put together — no tools are needed. It has held up to our child extremely well. He jumps in it and everything else a little boy does. It has all the bells and whistles of more expensive ones. It got Consumer Reports top rating too! Just don’t over pay for the crib here. Check out Walmart and Babies R Us to get it for around $110.

I wanted this crib so badly and everywhere was out of stock! I finally found it on amazon and I am so glad I did! It is so cute in our daughters nursery. It totally fits in with our antique/shabby chic theme. I would recommend this crib to anyone interested.
