the “pecan” color is more of a “cherry” than the lighter color in the on-line photo. The stain on some of the pieces does not match, some are much noticably darker than others. Also, we received a “#-in-one”, not a “4-in-one”. Took a leisurely hour to put together.

I designed an entire DaVinci nursery with the Roxanne Crib, three drawer dresser, large dresser and bookcase. I got all the pieces in espresso and they look absolutely gorgeous in my baby’s room. I plan to keep this set as my child gets bigger because the crib converts to bigger beds and the rest of the pieces will be useful as storage for years. I’m excited about this purchase. I found out about Davinci by reading a blog at http://blog.simplybabyfurniture.com/2009/10/19/parents-love-the-parker-nursery-set-by-davinci/ DaVinci cribs are JPMA certified too so they’re really safe and the price is quite reasonable, especially for how gorgeous the cribs are and the rest of the furnishings are just as pretty. I’d recommend this brand to anyone.
